Please read these terms carefully before applying for membership or attending a session.

1. Membership & Application

Trades That Win is a selective membership. Application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse membership to any business without providing a specific reason, ensuring the quality and focus of our working rooms.

2. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Trades That Win provides tools, systems, and a structured environment, but your business growth depends entirely on your own effort, implementation, and the work you do outside of the sessions.

We are not a "get rich quick" scheme or a lead generation service. We provide the "how-to" and the environment; you provide the action.

3. Fees & Payments

First session fees (£79) are non-refundable once the session has been attended. Monthly membership (£249) is billed in advance. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you have attended all sessions, used the tools provided, and can demonstrate that the work has not provided value to your business.

4. Conduct

This is a professional working room. Members are expected to be respectful, maintain confidentiality regarding other members' business details, and arrive ready to work. Disruptive behaviour or lack of engagement may result in membership termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and systems provided are the intellectual property of Rareedge Ltd. They are for your use within your own business only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
