Every application is read personally. We are not running an open door. We look for serious trades business owners — founders, sole traders, and owner-operators — who are ready to commit to building properly, not just showing up when it's convenient.

If your application looks like a strong fit, we'll reach out directly. We may have a short call first to make sure the group is right for you and you're right for the group. Spaces are kept small on purpose — that's what makes it work.

Members attend weekly face-to-face sessions in Preston. Each session is focused on practical business work — proposals, pricing, communication, follow-up, positioning. You also get access to digital tools included with membership.
